The Adobe
Acrobat Reader is required to download, view, and print the
form. Most likely Acrobat Reader was installed automatically
with your web browser. In the event that you do not have Acrobat
Reader installed, it is a free download.
Step
1 - Try downloading the Application Form
Click
on the link below. If you have the reader installed, the file
will begin the download (you will see a small window indicating
this) and will automatically open up in Acrobat Readeror be
saved on your desktop. You can then print the form.

2 - Download the Adobe Acrobat Reader
Click
on the link below. This will take you to the Adobe site. Follow
their instructions for downloading the file and installing it
in your computer. Then do Step 1 again.

3 - If Steps 1 and 2 don't work for you...
Call the
Institute toll free at 1-888 POYNTER (769-6837) and ask that
an Application Form be mailed or faxed to you. Or apply online
(see below).

If you choose this method, you should print out the form
before clicking "Submit" and send a copy with your other
application materials.
Note:
The software driving the online application presents the application
as a survey.
We
will not consider an application to be complete unless all required
materials are received before the seminar application deadline.

important that you check the course descriptions for detailed
information and required supporting materials before submitting
