Helps media executives pursue high performance management for themselves and their staffs. Emphasizes three key challenges that can be met only by high performance organizations: the transition to the digital era; demographic change; and collaborative organizational models. Deals with basic management concerns such as managing priorities and time as well as more advanced concerns such as changing an organization's culture.
